Kolejna relacja z zajęć Tkactwo w basenie morza Śródziemnego – odtwarzanie dawnych technik odbywających się w Instytucie Archeologii UW.
Tym razem możecie podejrzeć co działo się na czwartkowych zajęciach (25.10) prowadzonych przez Panią Agatę Ulanowską z Zakładu Archeologii Egejskiej IA UW.
Podobnie jak poprzednio, proces odtwarzania przedmiotów glinianych używanych w dawnych technikach tkackich przebiegał następująco: mieszano i wyrabiano glinę, odważono porcje według wag podanych do konkretnych wzorów, a na koniec lepiono.

Another photorelation from the Weaving course held at the Institute of Archaeology,
University of Warsaw.
This time, you have the chance to see what happened this Thursday (25.10) during the class conduced by Mrs Agata Ulanowska from the Aegean Archaeology Department.
Similarly to as it was done in the last meeting, in aim to recreate clay objects used in diverse weaving techniques, the clay was prepared. Then portions of it were carefully weighted to obtain even amounts of the mass and in the end, some clay objects were made by the students.
